Omni Home Control Systems
Omni
home control systems feature built-in UL Listed security and fire
systems, lighting control, temperature control and audio control
with telephone and Internet connectivity options.
HAI
Omni home control systems are designed for
professional installation. The licensing requirements for their
installation vary by state because Omni systems have built-in
security.
The
Omni family of home control systems consists of the OmniPro II, the
Omni IIe, and the Omni LT to meet virtually all size,
sophistication, and pricing requirements. Each model offers the best
price/performance ratio in its class.
Lights, temperature, security, and audio can be scheduled by time,
sunrise, sunset, date, day of week, as well as by system event, such
as motion detected, door opened, or mode changed.
Security
Omni
family controllers are CP-01 compliant and UL Listed security and
fire systems. They detect intrusion, smoke and fire, carbon
monoxide, water, and other hazards with wired or wireless sensors.
Security zones are fully configurable and expandable. Additionally,
Omni IIe and OmniPro II systems permit true partitioning for
security and control.
When the system is tripped notification options include telephone,
central monitoring, e-mail and Internet video surveillance.
Lighting
An Omni system can control your home lighting by schedule, motion
detected, door openings, sunrise, sunset, alarm activation and more.
You will need to install HAI's lighting control (HLC) products or
install one of HAI's Connectivity Partner's lighting products.
Enjoy the benefits of a sophisticated lighting control system by
setting scenes, fades, and dimming levels for each room or for the
whole house.
HLC does not require the use of complicated software programs and
does not require rewiring your home when it has standard residential
wiring.
Energy Management
An Omni system can control thermostats by schedule and activity -
such as home, asleep, away, room occupancy, outdoor temperature,
etc. You will need to install an HAI Omnistat thermostat to be have
this ability.
Using a telephone or one of HAI's optional Internet control software
packages you can warm up or cool down the house after a vacation,
check on temperatures, and save energy.
HAI sells temperature and humidity sensors that may be used to
activate programs for controlling temperatures in attics, garages,
greenhouses, basements, wine cellars, coolers, etc.

OmniPro II

The OmniPro II is HAI's flagship home control and security system.
It is designed for larger home and commercial installations.
OmniPro II is HAI's most connectable system. In addition to
connections for security devices, thermostats, light switches,
telephone and backup battery, the OmniPro II features five built-in
serial ports for connection to additional control devices. Moreover,
it has an Ethernet port that allows connection to your home network.
The OmniPro II is available with a Commercial Controller version (HAI
Part Number 20A00-5) and a structured wiring enclosure version (HAI
Part Number 20A00-8). Additionally, the OmniPro II board may be
purchased separately (HAI Part Number 20A00-21).
The OmniPro II is available in a Spanish language version using HAI
Part Number 20A00-42. (Si, HAI habla Español).
HAI offers its dealers several promotional package bundles that
include the OmniPro II, and details of these promo packages are

Omni IIe

An ideal and economical choice for mid-range homes and small
businesses, Omni IIe is the middle member of HAI's best-selling Omni
product line.
Omni IIe features five built-in serial ports and an Ethernet port
for connection to additional control devices.
It supports numerous Omni-family accessories, including a complete
line of fully communicating thermostats.
The Omni IIe is available in a structured wiring enclosure version (HAI
Part Number 20A00-52) or the Omni IIe board may be purchased
separately (HAI Part Number 20A00-53).
HAI offers its dealers several promotional package bundles that
include the Omni IIe, and details of these promo packages are
available on the dealer support site.

An ideal and economical choice for homes, townhouses, condos,
apartments and small businesses, Omni LT is the entry level member
of HAI's best-selling Omni product line.
Omni LT features one built-in serial port for connection to
additional control devices.
It supports numerous Omni family accessories, including a complete
line of fully communicating thermostats.
The Omni LT is available with a structured wiring enclosure version.
